Application Upgrade Notice
This application replaces the previous upload application. Key improvements include:
- Enhanced user self-service account management
- Support for two-factor authentication (2FA) using an authenticator application
- A new PDF upload feature to help address and resolve audit exceptions
Please note that you will need to Register a new user account to access this application.
User accounts from the previous application were not migrated to this application.

- This portal is for the uploading of either outstanding documents or documents being sent in response to an Audit Exception notification.
- The maximum file size for uploading is 25 MB.
- SECURITY INSTRUMENT
- Please ensure all pages are included in the same PDF. This includes Riders, Legal Description, Texas affidavits and Manufactured Housing affidavits - when applicable.
- TITLE POLICY
- Please ensure all pages are included in the same PDF for Long-Form policies. This includes the covered risk pages, schedules, and endorsements.
